No. The questions are fixed and follow a set path, which means it behaves the same way every time and cannot wander off into subjects it should not be discussing. The only thing written by a machine is the short summary at the end, which turns your answers into readable prose. You see it before anything is sent.
What happens to my answers?
They are used to compose your brief and are recorded so that we can respond to you. Nothing is published, and nothing is shared with anyone else. See our privacy policy for how long we keep enquiries and how to have them deleted.
Will it tell me what a property costs?
No, and deliberately. We do not publish prices because no two properties here are worth the same, and a figure quoted without seeing the land sets the wrong expectation. Send us the brief and we will come back with real numbers on real properties.
