What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, two things happen. The details are formatted into a WhatsApp message that you send from your own device, and a copy is recorded in our enquiry log so that we can respond to you and so that nothing is missed.

What we record: your name, phone number, what you are looking for, property type, budget band, timeline, any notes you write, and which page of this site you enquired from. We do not record your IP address, and we do not use tracking or fingerprinting technologies to build a profile of you.

Why we hold it, and for how long

The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on your property requirement. Nothing else. We keep enquiry records for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Access is restricted to our own consultants.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or call call us and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.

The calculators

The estate valuation estimator and ROI calculator run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted to us or to anyone else unless you deliberately choose to send the result via WhatsApp.

Analytics and advertising

We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors find and use this site. These services set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use your details

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on your property requirement. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties. We may contact you about properties matching your stated requirement; tell us to stop at any time and we will.

The AI assistant on this site

The assistant answers only from pages we have published on this website. To generate a reply, the question you type is sent to an AI provider we use for that purpose. Depending on availability, that may be DeepSeek, Groq, or Cloudflare's own service, and some of these process the request on servers outside India.

Before anything is sent, we automatically remove telephone numbers and e-mail addresses from your message. The assistant does not need them, and they are not passed on. If you choose to give us your name and number through the assistant so that we can call you back, those details go to our own database and are never sent to an AI provider.

We keep a record of assistant conversations so we can see what visitors are asking about and improve what we publish. The same retention period and the same deletion route below apply to them.

Confidentiality for property owners

If you engage us to sell a property, we will not publish, advertise or disclose your property details, your identity or the fact that you are selling, without your explicit consent. This is a standing commitment, not a courtesy.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete the enquiry details we hold about you at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us.
